Chinese Mandopop singer Yao Xiaotang brings her Breaking Dawn tour to the Arena of Stars at Resorts World Genting on Saturday 12 December 2026 at 6pm. The concert marks a stop for the artist who appeared at the 2025 CMG Spring Festival Gala and won the Newcomer Award at the 32nd Chinese Top 10 Music Awards. Fans of Mandopop will have a rare chance to see her perform live in the highlands venue.

The programme centres on Yao Xiaotang’s Breaking Dawn · Bangbangtang concert at the Arena of Stars. The singer, known for her Mandopop repertoire, will perform as the sole headliner. No admission is allowed for children aged three and below.
Tickets and how to attend
Tickets are sold through Resorts World Genting at rwgenting.com. Pricing tiers are VIP RM828, PS1 RM648, PS2 RM488, PS3 RM368 and PS4 RM248, each with a RM4 processing fee. Only tickets bought from the official seller are valid; resale or unofficial tickets may be refused at the gate.
Getting there
From central Kuala Lumpur, take the Monorail to KL Sentral. Resorts World Genting express buses depart KL Sentral between 7.30am and 9.30pm for the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets terminal. The bus-only fare is RM10, or RM20 inclusive of the Awana SkyWay cable car. Bookings can be made on the official Resorts World Genting website or via redbus.my. Other official departure points include Terminal Bersepadu Gombak next to Gombak LRT station at RM12 bus only, and AeroBus services from TBS at Bandar Tasik Selatan, Pekeliling and Pudu Sentral. There is no official Resorts World Genting bus from KLCC. From the Premium Outlets terminal, the Awana SkyWay cable car costs RM11 one way to SkyAvenue at the summit. The Awana SkyWay is closed for maintenance from 12 to 16 October 2026; during that period the Genting SkyWay from Gohtong Jaya operates from 7am to 11pm. Cable car tickets are available at book.rwgenting.com. The last Resorts World Genting bus from the terminal to KL Sentral leaves at 10.30pm, and the last AeroBus departs at 9.15pm. Evening shows can finish later, so plan a Grab ride back or an overnight stay. By Grab or car the journey takes about one hour from central Kuala Lumpur without traffic, longer on Friday evenings, weekends and holidays. Genting is cooler than Kuala Lumpur, so bring a light jacket.
