Mandalorian and Grogu Film Arrives on Disney+ September 2

BURBANK, September 12 — The Mandalorian and Grogu has been streaming on Disney+ for ten days now, and it remains the marquee title of the platform’s September slate. The Star Wars feature arrived on Disney+ on September 2, according to a News & Tips by Explore Disney+ contributor piece revised September 9. The film headlines a month that also brings new series and films to Hulu and live sports to ESPN.

At its heart, the premise is familiar Star Wars ground. The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy.

As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, it has enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin, played by Pedro Pascal, and his young apprentice Grogu. The source directs readers to add the film to their Watchlist.

Chad Powers and a Snowfall Saga on Hulu

Over on Hulu, the series Chad Powers has its season premiere on September 3. Chad Powers is a superstar on the field, but his odd behavior off it has everyone suspicious, especially Coach Hudson and Gerry. The walls are closing in on Russ’s lie, and if he and Danny want Chad to survive the regular season and lead the Catfish to the College Football Playoff, the only person who can help them is the last person who wants to: Ricky.
